Had a mini blizzard this morning at 3am but wasnt sticking, woke at 6.30 am and it was heavy snow and just about covering the road. By the time I got out of the shower, it had stopped and the melting was progressing.

Things seem to be simmering away at the moment. Certainly a very interesting winter (up here anyway).
I’m watching that precip with interest. I think its Northern extent will be somewhere around Bury GTR Manc.

The rate at which it changed from rain to snow was something else. Garden, trees and roads now completely white.
